LSAA membership provides opportunities to apply what you’ve learned from the Leadership Stockton program through:

  • Serving on our diverse and highly motivated board of Directors
  • Leading one of the various planning committees for LSAA mixers, fundraisers and other events
  • Contributing to the efforts of community service and involvement in a variety of platforms

 

Support the continued success of the Leadership Stockton program

  • LSAA provides program scholarships each year, ensuring that qualified and capable community members, who would otherwise lack the financial means, are able to participate – benefiting both the recipients and the program as a whole
  • Members are afforded “first option” to sit in the interview and selection panel for each new class

Call all nonprofit leaders, check out this amazing opportunity from the Community Foundation of San Joaquin.
cfosj.org/learning-grant/The Community Foundation of San Joaquin -- in partnership with University of the Pacific, Benerd College -- is pleased to offer a professional development opportunity for mid to upper-level management employees working at nonprofits in San Joaquin County. The Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Program is a four-month long, cohort program tailored to the unique needs of the nonprofit sector and taught by experts in the field. Courses will be offered virtually and in-person.

We invite interested organizations to apply for a Learning Grant that will underwrite the full cost for one individual from their organization to participate in the program. A total of up to ten individuals from local nonprofit organizations will be approved for a Learning Grant. No more than one individual from a single nonprofit may receive a Learning Grant.

Thank you to the Financial Center Credit Union and Michael Duffy, LS Class of 1995, for your commitment to our community!

Today The Financial Center Credit Union (FCCU) and the Michael Duffy Family Fund announced a $1 million donation to the Stockton Strong COVID-19 Response Fund, which was launched in an effort to support Stocktonians impacted by the coronavirus. During this press conference, St. Mary’s Dining Room & Emergency Food Bank of Stockton/San Joaquin were awarded grants worth $100,000 each.
