Leadership Stockton Alumni Association Announces Four New Board Members

Stockton, CA (July 10, 2025)Leadership Stockton Alumni Association (LSAA) today announced four new board members who will each enhance the board’s focus on supporting the Leadership Stockton program and our alumni base.

“We’re excited to expand our board with four new members who will bring diverse expertise and insight to our mission,” said LSAA Board President Jaclyn Frenzel, class of 2007.  “We have worked diligently over the last year to rebuild the LSAA board and ensure our commitment to the mission, each of these four alumni will continue to help build on the foundation we have created.”

The new board members began their two-year terms with LSAA effective July 1, 2025, and can serve a maximum of three terms.  The four new board members are:

  • Arin Adolph, class of 2019, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Family Resource Center; he has been in that role for the past 8 years.  Outside of work, Arin enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and especially loves coaching his son Oliver’s T-ball and soccer teams.
  • Joel Juarez, class of 2024, is a Data Analyst for the San Francisco Department of Children, Youth and Their Families. A proud Stockton native, he is passionate about spotlighting the strength, beauty, and potential of the city that raised him and shaped his leadership. Joel loves exploring new places and cultures, believing that travel broadens perspective and deepens purpose.
  • Josh Diaz, class of 2025, is a Mosquito Control Technician for the San Joaquin County of Mosquito and Vector Control District and has proudly served the county in the role since 2017.  Josh lives in Lodi with his wife of 14 years and their dog Charlie who loves long walks to the park and fun vacations to their happy place, Pismo Beach. 
  • Mafae Belasco, class of 2025, is a dedicated community leader, motivational coach, and Regional Director of Friends Outside, passionately empowering individuals to live with purpose and impact.  A proud mother of six, she continues to uplift communities and create meaningful changes wherever she goes.

“The growth and development of our future leaders is the highest calling of leadership,” said LSAA Board Vice President Jason Perry, class of 2023.  “We are all excited for what the future of LSAA holds and the impact it has in helping shape our future leaders, the addition of these four only enhances the work we have begun.”

The Leadership Stockton class of 2026 will be announced in the coming weeks with the cohort starting their 11-month curriculum in August.
